The APEX-8 cable pusher machine provides up to 8,000 N of pushing force for 20–240 mm cables. Remote control and synchronized multi-unit operation help deliver smooth, efficient cable installation.
The APEX-8 cable pusher machine uses electric motors to transmit power through a reduction gearbox to durable rubber crawler tracks. The adjustable gap between the left and right tracks provides precise clamping force, moving cables forward at a steady speed for smooth, damage-free installation.
An electric motor transmits power through a reduction gearbox to the rubber tracks or rollers. The upper and lower tracks clamp the cable with adjustable pressure to create stable friction and move it forward at a constant speed. For long-distance cable laying, multiple units can operate synchronously to provide uniform thrust.

Yes. The 8,000 N rated pushing force has been field-tested in real projects. The dual-motor drive maintains consistent output with cable diameters up to 240 mm and is backed by deployments in more than 50 countries.
No. The rubber crawler tracks distribute pressure evenly across the cable surface. The clamping force is precisely adjustable, and built-in overload protection automatically reduces force if resistance exceeds the preset limit, helping protect both the cable and the equipment.
The machine stops immediately, while the tracks maintain their grip without power to prevent the cable from slipping or losing tension. In multi-unit setups, all connected machines stop simultaneously to prevent uneven tension across the cable run.
Yes. Multiple cable pushers can be connected in series with synchronized, constant-speed control. All units start, stop, and maintain the preset speed together, helping prevent uneven thrust and cable stress over long distances.
